  The wait was exactly a hour after my scheduled time, but looking around at the staff while I was waiting they where getting along, happy, and had great customer service. Just like everywhere there was a few bad apples, but that didn't ruin my experience. Once in the exam and x-Ray room I was treated great. The doctor explained everything he saw very clear. We made a few jokes. They sat me and my wife down for billing options than scheduled my appointment, I did mention how long I waited, but instead of complaining because I was in so much pain I made a joke about it saying I didn't want to wait a hour on my next appointment. I have read the reviews and oh truly can't listen to everything you hear. Try them in my opinion they where great...

  I went in with my mother and I was very impressed with the staff. Vanessa was amazing she made sure me and my mother understood the treatment and talked about our options and she took her time to help us. She was very friendly and very nice. Very professional I must say. I would definitely go back and recommend this western dental :)
