  My cat needed dental work done. The doctor was very nice but the rest of the staff were rude. They were hurrying to get me out of there. They told me to come drop my cat off between 7:15 and 8:15, I get there at 7:50 and they are closed. Another gentleman shows up to drop his dog off and says he was told to drop her off between 7:15 and 8:15 too. The receptionist shows up and says they were trying to call me but didn't have the right number written down. I ask if I can say goodbye to my cat and I tell her goodbye and the lady jerks the carrier away from me. The doctor is good but the staff are rude. I am not doing business there again.

  I have been taking my dog here for almost 13 years. Couldn't ask for a better place. They have always been very fair in any charges made and are very reasonable. Recently had to make the horrible decision to put my baby down. Dr. Erickson was very honest and gave us many options but handled in such a way that helped us in making the right decision. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially Diane. Even sent a beautiful sympathy card to us.
